Ruth Ross spent 30 years as a senior HR leader at top companies, including spending the last 10 of those as an Executive Vice President of HR at Wells Fargo, from which she retired to follow her passion to start a company to focus on the critical business imperative of employee engagement.
Prior to joining Wells, Ruth was a VP of HR at Charles Schwab where she ran HR for 2 key businesses and then oversaw a number of corporate HR functions before managing the company-wide initiative to significantly downsize the organization after the dot com crash. Previously she held senior HR roles in NYC at Citibank, PaineWebber, American Express and Estee Lauder cosmetics.
She’s a frequently requested speaker at corporate and industry events and is the author of the new book “Coming Alive: The Journey To Reengage Your Life And Career”.
