Training and Development

That means you’ll receive learning and performance tools, foundational programs, onboarding courses and training that’s unique to your individual role. And throughout your U.S. Cellular career, you’ll use the Learning Management System (LMS). It includes online courses for professional and personal development, and tracks much of your training history.
