Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, applicants must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by EAR and ITAR, including U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents.

Responsibilities for this Position

Duties and Tasks:

  • Prepare financial reports to support strategic projects as assigned
  • Prepares reports of findings and recommendations, compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides insights to management
  • Analyze financial performance for assigned projects to identify and report on risks and funding issues
  • Manage financials of more complex programs (predominantly fixed price contracts, and larger product lines). Engage with management to understand financial performance and mitigate program and contractual risks.
  • Analyze and present financial status of assigned program(s), including orders, funding, sales, and projections to program management during review process
  • May identify costs and bidding/estimating strategies ensuring all cost/schedule risks are clearly identified and understood by management
  • Manage financial performance on inter-company sales agreements and ensure that intercompany transactions comply with agreements
  • May routinely interface with supply chain and suppliers on primary strategies for negotiation and/or problem resolution
  • Develops detailed Strategic schedules, materials lifecycle plans and capacity plans
  • Manages various aspects of inventory, strategic supply and material support
  • Performs routine excess and obsolete inventory analysis and works with Operations and Finance for timely disposition 
  • Reviews and generates material program plans, coordinates kick-off meetings with functional departments to communicate program goals and objectives

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient knowledge of Cost Accounting, Rates and Compliance, and Cost Proposal functions
  • Ability to allocate time effectively/efficiently to meet multiple deadlines for various stakeholders
  • Proficient knowledge of revenue recognition and profit analysis concepts and techniques
  • Effective risk management identification and implementation of risk reduction plan
  • Ability to network with senior internal and external personnel in area of expertise
  • Subject matter expert in numerous areas pertaining to planning and control of material

Target salary range: USD $104,676.00/Yr. - USD $113,262.75/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
