Position Summary
The UNC Asheville Department of Mathematics and Statistics invites applications for teaching as an adjunct instructor with an immediate start date. The following courses need to covered for the Fall 2022 semester:

MATH 211: Structure of Mathematics , MW 3:30-4:45
MATH 191.003: Calculus I, MWF 11:00-12:15
MATH 191.004: Calculus I, MWF 12:30-1:45

Course descriptions can be found in the UNCA Course Catalog. To apply, please submit a curriculum vitae and a cover letter specifying the course(s) you wish to teach. The cover letter should discuss relevant teaching and/or professional experience, the fields or courses in which the applicant has interest in teaching, and expertise and credentials which would qualify the applicant to teach in the specified courses. Other materials may be requested to finalize employment.

Doctorate or master’s degree in Mathematics (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline).
