The Sales Operations Consultant is a critical role and is essential to achieving the Sales team's overall growth goals.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Offices are located at:

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily support of the DTC sales function, including but not limited to:

  • Initial assignments will include end - to - end support for Telesales technology utilized by agents. Support will include understanding the "what and why" of requirements needed by our key stakeholders, partnering with technology teams on capabilities, testing support for newly developed features, and assessing results from newly released capabilities.
  • End - to - end support for Telesales / DTC Sales, including job aid resource creation and maintenance, quality control, and collaboration with team leadership
  • Responsible for the daily support of the sales function to minimize the administrative work of producers
  • Analyze and report sales / contact center data
  • Provide knowledge about customers and competitors
  • Work closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales recruiting, training, and onboarding, troubleshooting issues, requests, and sales - related information for systems and procedures.
  • Responsible for facilitating meetings, documenting requirements with key stakeholders, and ensuring collaboration to achieve the best outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience with Telesales processes and systems (ex. Mira/bConnected, Shopper Profile, LEAN, Genesys, VCC, Avaya Dialer)
  • Experience of Medicare & Retirement and Community & State product portfolio
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word (create documents, edit), Microsoft Excel (create spreadsheets, sort, basic formulas), and Microsoft PowerPoint (create presentations)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Reside within commutable distance to Phoenix, AZ; Roanoke, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; De Pere, WI; Miami, FL; Minnetonka, MN, and St. Louis, MO
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree (or higher)
  • Have experience operating in a sales related call center
  • Experience with LivePerson chat messaging tool
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (creating, managing, and sharing documents)
  • Knowledge of Visio Standard for process documentation
  • Knowledge and exposure to Project management

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
