Kaba Ilco Corporation, located in Rocky Mount, NC, has an immediate need for a Human Resources Generalist.The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the Sr. Manager HR and partnering with business leadership in delivering value added HR programs and practices in support of business objectives.

• Respond to general associate questions or concerns in a timely manner and help resolve any issues or problems. Maintain positive employee relations
• Administer wage/salary and incentive programs, along with job description management, job evaluations/grading and compensation benchmarks in line with Group directives and Segment guidelines.
• Participate in approved compensation and benefit surveys. Collect and analyze market data, cost effectiveness and make recommendation to ensure programs will attract and retain talent
• Maintain integrity of local HRIS (ADP).
• Support talent acquisition and retention processes
• Assist with training and talent development processes and projects
• Ensure updating knowledge on Federal and State regulations and legislation that may affect employee compensation and benefits practices and policies; benchmark and recommend best practices
• Support performance management processes and provide appropriate counsel to managers and employees in this area.
• Partner with payroll, safety, and employee committees
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervision

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources required
• Minimum of 5 years of exempt-level HR experience, preferably in a global manufacturing company with 300 or more employees.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• High regard for confidentiality required.
• Proficiency with ADP HRIS preferred
• Able to work independently and with other teammates towards common goals
• Business and financial acumen required
• Advanced computer skills - Excel, Word and PowerPoint (able to manipulate documents using these software packages)
• Professional demeanor under pressure and flexible with changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
