Intralox, L.L.C., the world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, has a position available for an Oracle Business Analyst in IT Digital Solutions (DS) group.
This Business Analyst position would work directly with one of our fastest growing teams, the Intralox's Discrete Equipment (DPE) business team. The DPE team is an innovation leader in the postal and parcel industries, as well as the logistics and material handling equipment businesses, delivering full conveyance solutions to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Working directly with the IT Digital Solutions team and the Equipment business team to understand strategies, products and key department principles and processes. (Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Controls, Shipping, and Finance)
  • Provide ERP system support in capacity of a functional role
  • Work with Equipment Business SME / Process Owners to clarify and scope the business vision for selected IT priorities and map out the technology/system needs
  • Lead efforts to translate high-level vision into concreate action plans for each key Equipment initiatives
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into practical solutions
  • Hand hold SME's and business users thru any process improvements or major IT initiative
  • Identify and remediate business process Gaps
  • Lead the DS - Business team collaboration through the project lifecycle stage gates. This includes final requirements; process definitions and identification of system needs for the final implementation
  • Work with the infrastructure, ERP, enterprise architecture and business architecture groups within IT to help integrate new projects into the IT environment including transition into long term delivery and support

Requirements
  • College Degree Required
  • Business, Engineering or Computer Science Degree Preferred
  • Engineering or equipment design experience in Discrete Manufacturing Environment
  • Lean, Six Sigma or Oracle certifications are preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years work experience is required
  • Proven Experience in one or all the following Oracle Applications Work Streams
    • Order to Cash
    • Procure to Pay
    • Planning & Scheduling
    • Warehouse Management
  • Some travel is required
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experienced problem solver
  • Principled thinking with eye towards simplification and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; works well in a team environment
  • Strong mechanical and technology aptitudes
  • Experienced business process engineer
  • Experience with working with business systems architecture consultants staff augmentation providers
  • Experience leading or having worked with diverse teams, including members from global business departments and vendors
  • Experience with Engineering Design Application platforms preferred
