This is role will support overall revenue generation through the following key areas:

• Follow-up with members throughout their hearing purchase journey
• Influencing member next best action and collection of payment
• Conducting ad-hoc outbound call campaigns

Work Schedule: Flexibility to work shifts during normal business hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm CT.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN or telecommute* from within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate and document 70+ outbound calls per day to members and providers to influence next actions
• Convey deductible and out-of-pocket cost information to members and collect payment
• Demonstrate and maintain understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements as they apply to medical device and payment operations (e.g., Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance)
• Demonstrate understanding of relevant financial and medical terminology for billing purposes
• Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in customer relationship management systems
• Communicate and collaborate with members and providers to resolve issues using clear, simple language to ensure understanding
• Modify and/or create invoices as needed to meet specific customer requirements
• Meet the performance goals established for the position (sales, calls, quality assurance, member satisfaction and attendance)

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ year of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week) on any 8-hour shift within the normal business hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm CST, Monday - Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex customer relationship management applications
• Previous experience in outbound sales in a call center environment
• Bilingual
