Intralox, LLC is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to help organize and facilitate a wide range of strategic projects for Production Groups and the Executive Leadership team. This a high-profile, global role in the enterprise, with the opportunity to impact some of the most critical business challenges and opportunities for the business.

Given its high degree of responsibility, this role requires an individual who is a self-starter, a critical thinker, and a strong facilitator, someone who is highly organized, and who demonstrates superior communication and interpersonal skills. Projects will touch a wide swath of the business, including multiple manufacturing plants, IT, and commercial operations.

This position will report to the Production Planning Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Operations and IT Leadership to address a range of strategic opportunities
  • Lead and organize key projects for the executive leadership team. This includes organizing project plans, keeping stakeholders informed, and following up on action items
  • Facilitate meetings; keep complex conversations on track; identify takeaways
  • Assist with the organization of key executive team meetings
  • Help with preparation, communication and execution of strategic plans and presentations

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and/or business analysis preferred
  • Highly organized
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong facilitation and mediation skills
  • Superb communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Independent thinker and good listener
  • Experience interfacing with executive leadership
  • Ability to work in a complex environment where scope and/or expected outcomes are not always clear at project kickoff
  • Proven ability to quickly understand a new topic
  • Self-directed; proven track record of proactivity and taking initiative to solve problems
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
  • Driven, results oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in ERP, MES, WMS, TMS or other operations software systems a plus
