Job/Internship Description
We are looking for an intern for our Maplewood office!Applicants will be enrolled or recently graduated (within the past year) from an accredited college with a degree in HealthCare Administration, Health and Human Services, or similar field. We are happy to provide any necessary paperwork or performance evaluations for credit with your institution! This is a PAID internship! Looking for some type of availability Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-4:30pm.The intern will report to and work closely the Director of Nursing to assist with scheduling our nursing team and assisting with office duties as needed. Responsibilities * Providing outstanding customer service to all clients and staff * Assisting with scheduling the nursing team hours/shifts * Answering phones (up to 50% of the time) * Clinical administrative assistance and other duties assigned * Extensive relationship management with staff and customers * Coordination of building maintenance and organization of mail, storage, office equipment, and supplies Requirements * High School diploma * Currently enrolled in an accredited program, or graduated in the last year. * Ability to work in the office during the internship * Works independently with little to no direction * Attention to detail possessing strong organizational skills * Customer service including front-line customer and staff interaction * Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong focus on Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
