Key Responsibilities:
Lead or assist in department projects such as:
o New hire and benefits presentation
o Printpack organization announcements
o Organize community service events
o Generate reports from Workday
o Filing/Tracking of records
o General clerical duties as required
Assist with recruiting efforts for both Grand Prairie locations
Investigate ways to better deploy resources and change processes to improve the intern experience
Minimum Requirements:
Currently enrolled junior or senior pursuing their bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
Ability to work between 30-40 hours per week
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Requirements and Skills:
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple projects with seamless follow-through
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
Enhanced people skills with the ability to work well with a wide variety of personalities
Aptitude to handle and protect confidential information
Capacity to learn quickly and effectively multi-task
Ability to successfully function in a team environment
