Position Purpose To interface with project design teams and develop and advance projects in all phases of the design process. Will work on a variety of exciting projects serving some of our key market sectors including residential, commercial, institutional, municipal, parks & recreation and urban design.
Essential Functions + Responsibilities
Produce high quality construction documents, bid packages and cost estimates
Site planning at a variety of scale and project types including residential, commercial, institutional, and public and on specific projects such as community planning and amenities, parks & recreation, greenways, and urban design
Apply development ordinances and codes to designs to seek development approval
Proven project delivery experience including schedule management and internal / external coordination
Collaborate with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality projects

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
RLA licensure (or pursuing licensure)
3-5 years of working experience
Demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and Sketch-up
Experience with hand drawing of layouts and site plans for preliminary submittals
Eager to engage in our creative and dynamic work environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
