Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.

  • Answer telephone. Route calls to appropriate personnel or department. Answer questions about organization and provide general information. Receive voice mails and respond or forward accordingly.
  • Welcome on-site visitors to determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel. Monitor visitor's access and issue badges when required.
  • Retrieve messages from voice mail and forward to appropriate personnel.
  • Receive, sort, and route mail, and maintain and route publications. May track postage and add postage each month according to site number. Date stamps the mail if required.
  • Maintain fax machines, assist users, send faxes, and retrieve and route incoming faxes.
  • Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and replenish office supplies and forms in copier room.
  • Prepare and mail resume receipt cards as resumes are faxed in.
  • Assist the Recruitment Team as appropriate with incoming resumes and applications.
  • Track postage and add postage each month according to site number.
  • As requested, order arrangements, fruit baskets, and sends cards for designated occasions.
  • Participate in all other training required by funding source(s) and/or the Corporation such as Human Rights training.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & CERTIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent knowledge required.
  • Two years' experience in an office environment required

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND/OR RECEIVED

? Supervision: The incumbent performs a variety of routine work within established policies and procedures and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments.
