• Enrollment in a Graphics Communication degree program/Printing program or current student with equivalent work experience
• Microsoft Office Suite and Graphics Software experience

Additional Skills:

• Flexible packaging focus preferred
• Systematic understanding of digital files, photopolymer plates, and the flexo printing process
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers and staff
• Problem-solving as it relates to the graphic/printing areas
• Strategic and short term planning and project management
• Critical examination and checking/attention to detail

• Process billing invoices for the department on a weekly basis.
• Perform QC of outgoing graphics material.
• Assist with shipping and receiving.
• Review daily production schedules across three facilities, assuring on time delivery of graphics material, and informing respective plant schedulers of delays.
• Input job data in the Prism Graphics Module and generate supplier P.O.'s
• Review and approve incoming supplier invoices using Prism.
