Job Description
McAdams is currently looking for a Construction Manager to join our Construction Administration group in our Durham/RTP, NC and Charlotte, NC office locations.

Basic qualifications:
- 5-10 years’ relevant experience in Land Development and utility construction
- Must be willing to travel (day trips) for project progress inspections.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Review shop drawings
- Conduct NPDES inspections
- Conduct Stormwater BMP Inspections
- Conduct Water & Sewer inspections
- Hydrant Flow testing
- Perform Lighting Surveys
- Site ADA Surveys
- Understand Project Specifications and Construction Plans
- Perform site inspections and document progress and plan compliance for Client
- Process Pay applications from Contractors on behalf of Client
- Conduct Pre-construction/Progress meetings on behalf of Client
- Communicate job progress and issues effectively to Client/Market Sector PM/Construction Admin Director
- Prepare Bid Packages, Administer Bid Process though selection of Contractor
- Knowledgeable in Project Management and Scheduling Software (Procore, PIM, MS Project etc.)
