Job Description
McAdams is currently looking for a Construction Observer to join our Construction Administration group in our Durham/RTP, NC and Charlotte, NC office locations.

Basic qualifications:
- 5-10 years’ relevant experience in Land Development and utility construction
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Review shop drawings
- Conduct NPDES inspections
- Conduct Stormwater BMP Inspections
- Conduct Water & Sewer inspections
- Hydrant Flow testing
- Perform Lighting Surveys
- Site ADA Surveys
