McAdams is currently looking for a Survey CAD Technician to join our Construction Administration group in our Durham/RTP, NC office location.

Basic qualifications:
- 2 year Associate’s Degree in AutoCAD Drafting preferred
- 3-5 years’ Land Development experience or related field preferred
- AutoCAD coursework required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Draw and edit AutoCAD objects, linework, and text
- Work with plan and profile sheets, roadway cross-sections, grading and storm drainage plans, utility plans, standard detail and cover sheets
- Perform simple calculations within AutoCAD (area, length of linework, etc)
- Import surveyed points into CAD drawings
- Read and incorporate field notes for updating of CAD files
