Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Manager for our Geomatics Group.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience (may include education)
  • 2 years working in the field with a survey crew (preferred)
  • Proficient in AutoCad with familiarity of Carlson preferred
  • Familiarity with Trimble Robotic equipment and Trimble Business Center
  
Responsibilities:
 
  • Process and balance boundary and control surveys
  • Process field location data and produce topographic surveys
  • Address title commitments for ALTA/NSPS land title surveys
  • Coordinate project tasks between Crew Chiefs, Technicians and Project Manager
  • Prepare and draft large, complex location surveys
  • Prepare subdivision plats and exhibits
  • Prepare Construction Staking field packages for crews

Candidates should be prepared to provide work samples and/or take a CAD test.
