What You'll Do

  • Calculate the monthly achievement of sales compensation validating that all supporting information is complete and accurate
  • Conduct post mortem analysis of payouts to evaluate the effectiveness of different plans and propose changes
  • Ensure timely delivery of targets and monthly/YTD achievement to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Sales leaders to effectively communicate the compensation structure and calculations.
  • Strict adherence to plan rules on draw, clawbacks, commission caps, etc
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for driving results.
  • Maintain and refresh documentation outlining policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the rollout of annual compensation plan
  • Ad Hoc analysis into coverage to financial plan, performance of plan types, and promotional campaign

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Incentive compensation or Sales Operations within a software company
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail as the role primarily revolves around sales compensation.
  • Possess strong critical thinking abilities to identify potential issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in comprehending intricate details, synthesizing information, and communicating findings effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing best practices to ensure work is scalable
  • Collaborative team player capable of partnering with individuals at all organizational levels and working independently
  • Familiarity with sales commission tools is a plus
