Overview

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical and operational business system support. Performs needs assessments to determine business requirements and implements functional specifications to assigned systems. Ensures that developed solutions support Bank objectives through reporting and analysis activities. May involve elements of system testing or development. May occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group.


Responsibilities

  • Supports Identity Access management programs within the Bank at a complex level of ability.
  • Manage the business management workstream which would include managing demand management workstream and end-to-end product rollout capability for the SailPoint.
  • Entails spearheading the onboarding and application integration team.
  • Responsible for overseeing integration resources and engaging with stakeholders throughout any migration or integration efforts.
  • Responsible for establishing the centralized IAM capabilities and controls. Their role involves mitigating risks by integrating applications into the centralized IAM solution.
  • Will collaborate closely with both the development and operations team.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to self-manage on tasks and mini-projects or improvement efforts.
  • Provide technical perspectives to other architecture functions to ensure that solutions effectively leverage infrastructure capabilities and services and integrate with them.
  • Ensure IAM governance structures adhere to defined policies and standards. Ensure that IAM core capabilities, IAM operations, business stakeholder usage, and application integrations follow the governance structures.
  • Experience working with both multiple 3rd party service providers and in a third-party services agreement function during separations/divestitures.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to handle strong-minded customers effectively and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Information Security or Technology OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Information Security or Technology

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • 8+ years of advanced understanding of business processes, internal controls risk management, security, IT controls, and related standards
  • 5+ experience in establishing the centralized IAM capabilities and controls as the role involves mitigating risks by integrating applications into the centralized IAM solution.
  • Drive transformation of IAM provisioning and lifecycle management, leveraging self-service and automation capabilities to enhance user experience and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of OOTB components like Connectors, SoD Policies, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Workflows, Certifications, Birthright provisioning, Provisioning/Deprovisioning, etc.
  • 5+ years' experience in IAM products including SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Quest (ARS, Change Auditor), AWS, Azure AD, Active Directory
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, SQL, etc.)
  • Strong Documentation Skills (user guides and training, process documentation)
  • 5+ years managing resources in a matrixed environment.
  • Knowledge of industry frameworks and methodologies - NIST, ITIL, General SDLC processes

Desired Knowledge and Skills:

  • Industry Certifications (Security+, SSCP, GSEC, etc.)
  • Broad understanding overall IAM Program within an Organization
  • Knowledge on IAM operating model and risk-based framework.
  • 10+ years' experience in overseeing teams; administration, application migration, and deployment of security and IAM services
  • 8+ years of experience in supporting business and technical stakeholders in transitioning to new IAM capabilities and services across various IAM domains such as Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Privileged Access Management.
