Commercial Engagement Enterprise Self-Service Strategy Intern

Lenovo is seeking a self-motivated intern to help drive analysis and provide feedback on the opportunity potential for Enterprise Pro and the self-service opportunity for enterprise-level customers. You will work with a cross-functional team that includes product, business, marketing, and sales to define the existing portal and potential optimization and expansion opportunities - building on existing infrastructure and analysis. This project will also include how we go-to-market, automate, and build scalable infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically. This person will be responsible for developing a Enterprise-level self-service plan incorporating strategic inputs including what is working today, where there are opportunities to optimize and expand, barriers to success, best-in-class frameworks, and a potential phased roadmap. They will need to have the ability to work independently as a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in an ever-evolving environment, and can build a framework that can be shared with different audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and develop new skills, including communicating clearly and convincingly. While they will need to work independently, they will have support within the Commercial organization to help guide and provide feedback.

You are an ideal candidate for this role if:

  • You can capture and distill data from varying inputs including leadership, customer analysis, customer research, and cross-teams and translate to the development of a cohesive Enterprise Pro plan

  • You are comfortable asking questions and doing the due diligence to understand the landscape

  • You are a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

  • You have exceptional analytical skills and are a problem solver

  • You have strong written and verbal communications skills

  • You possess good time management and organizational skills

  • You are creative and adaptable, with an eye for detail
