Job Description
ECU Office of Global Affairs is currently seeking several Front Office and Event Assistants. This position provides support for both the Study Abroad Office and the larger Office of Global Affairs. The individuals in this position will serve as the initial point of contact for any visitors entering the International House for appointments, as well as helping with any events hosted by the department.

This position is open to Federal Work Study students who have an interest in learning and conducting regular office duties such as answering phones, making copies, taking inventory and assisting in data entry projects using excel. They will also assist in setting-up for and conducting events hosted by the department, as well as other duties as assigned.

This position will serve as the face of our department and will be a vital, professional component of the Office of Global Affairs. We are seeking a mature, friendly, enthusiastic student who is detail oriented. The pay for this position is $12/hour, with a maximum capacity of 10-20 hours per week.
