1.Use transfer cart to move assembled frame from conveyor to upholstery lift. The upholstery lift (scissor lift) is pneumatically powered and controlled by a foot pedal.
2.Staple filler material (foam) to the frame with a pneumatic staple gun.
3.Use scissors to cut excessive filler material from the frame.
4.Use pneumatic staple gun to attach fabric/leather to the frame. The non-trigger hand is used to pull and stretch the fabric/leather to ensure the desired fit.

6. For tufted frames, use button needle to stick buttons and twine through fabric. Pull tight, tie off and staple to back of frame.
7. Excessive fabric is trimmed off around the finished wood portions of the frame with a box cutter (razor blade).
8. Trimmers use pneumatic staple gun to attach plygrip to edges of frame and use the regulator to tuck fabric.
9. Trimmers push tack band (metal strip) through fabric edges, roll once and use rubber mallet to attach to frame.
