Summary

The Manpower Scheduling Manager is responsible for managing the Scheduling Department, and in doing so, maintaining regular communication with Superintendents, Project Managers, Regional Operations Leadership, and other Company Scheduling Departments to ensure current and expected future staffing needs are met. Responsible for overseeing the assigned of field co-workers, anticipating and resolving conflicts, and implementing the Company's hiring practices and policies.

The Manpower Scheduling Manager will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner.   • Manages Manpower Scheduling
  • Manages the Recruiting and Hiring of Craft
  • Partners with Payroll to Ensure Co-Workers Receive Accurate Compensation
  • Oversees the Work of Direct Reports
  • Ensures a Safe Work Environment
  • Participates in Training/Certifications
Requirements
  • Associates Degree from an accredited college or university; or 6 years related construction experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
