Job Overview

This position is located at our Corporate Office in South Charlotte near Carowinds.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist II provides support to the Talent Acquisition Team in assisting the full recruitment cycle process. The qualified candidate will work with the TA Business Partners and TA Managers to ensure our goals are being met.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Facilitates the post-offer pre-employment process providing technical and logistical support to assigned TA Business Partners
  • Manages the onboarding process for hires including sending offer letters, compliance requirements, and sending communications to a new hire
  • Interacts with candidates/applicants, hiring managers, payroll, and other partners and external vendors to accomplish tasks and address issues/questions
  • Provides support to team involving scheduling of events (hiring events, career fairs, etc.)
  • Posts job descriptions on careers sites and pull resume bundles and run staffing-related reports to verify data; coordinate correction of errors
  • Maintains a requisition and candidate tracker, updated daily and shared with key stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Experience with recruiting information and applicant tracking systems
  • Success Factors and/or Tenstreet Applicant Tracking experience preferred
  • Experience with background check processing and administration
  • Customer-focused approach to building positive relationships and responding to the needs of applicants/candidates, team members, and hiring managers
  • Strong detail orientation follow up and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, enthusiastically, creatively, and with limited direction while meeting commitments with high-quality standards
  • Proven effective planning and organization skills to work in a fast-paced environment and serve the needs of multiple customers and candidates concurrently
  • Willingness to learn and achieve proficiency with new technology tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills is a must with MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
