General office duties; scanning; computer data entry; assisting staff and students; running errands around campus; other duties to be determined by the office (e.g.special projects)

This job can be very repetitive, and involves primarily checking information to ensurethat students' records accurately reflect transfer credit. We need someone who canpay close attention to detail and who can catch errors in information that isprocessed. Because of the varying ways transcripts present information, we are alsolooking for someone who will work closely with our team and who will ask questionsabout anything they are unsure of.

This job will require the moving of boxing and shredding of materials.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position
Ability to follow written and oral directions.
Good organizational skills.
Pay closeattention to details.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalency and general experience with:Typing, scanning,alphabetizing, proofing and editing, internet search/research.
