As a Financial Business Partner within our Jacksonville Area Operations, you'll be at the heart of driving financial strategy and operational decision-making. Your analytical prowess will be key as you navigate the dynamic landscape of profit center operations, collaborating closely with senior management to chart the course for business development.

Primary Responsibilities:

Your keen eye for detail and forward-thinking approach will ensure that profit center operations are aligned with broader organizational objectives.

  6. Flexibility in Analysis: Embrace the challenge of providing ad hoc analysis and periodic studies as requested by corporate, regional, or divisional leadership. Your ability to adapt to evolving priorities and deliver actionable insights will be paramount.

Qualifications:

  1. Seasoned Business Acumen: With over 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or economic analysis, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the table.

  2. Educational Excellence: Holders of an MBA and/or CPA designation, you demonstrate a commitment to excellence in financial management and analysis.

  3. Communicative Mastery: Your ability to convey complex financial concepts with clarity, both orally and in writing, sets you apart as a trusted advisor.

  4. Technical Proficiency: Navigate the intricacies of financial modeling and analysis with ease, leveraging tools like Microsoft Excel to drive actionable insights.

  5. Industry Insight: While not mandatory, experience in "Big Four" firms, large manufacturing, or real estate lends valuable perspective to your strategic approach.

In essence, your role as a Financial Business Partner is not just about crunching numbers-it's about shaping the future trajectory of profit center operations through astute analysis and strategic foresight.
