Position Title:Mortgage Operations Support Specialist

Position Overview:
In the Mortgage Operations Support Specialist position, you will play a vital role in providing support to the various functional areas of the Retail Mortgage Operations group. You will be responsible for a variety of duties which may include project involvement, report creation and distribution, scheduling and deadline support, training and meeting related assistance, as well as collaborating with leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiencies for the team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provides process related support for various areas of our Operations Team including, but not limited to fee processing, managing centralized mailbox for updates (flood certificates), assignment of notifications for appraisal orders, mailing and receiving signed disclosures.
Creates and distributes key operations reports to our Operational and Sales Leadership team.
Provides support for meetings, scheduling and calendar management, training assistance, and various resource and supply related items for the Operations Team.
Provides support and assistance with our priority projects and related resources or materials as needed.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
