The responsibilities include...

• Perform monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts, prepare supporting schedules, and post journal entries
• Support treasury activities, such as daily funding and reconciliation of cash accounts, preparation of wire payments, and monitoring for fraudulent activities
• Assist with month end closing
• Provide support during internal and external audits, such as preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
• Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 internal controls testing and compliance
• Ensure financial records are kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in compliance with company record retention policies

We need someone with...

• A thorough knowledge of US GAAP
• Familiarity with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Excellent attention to detail with superior organizational skills
• The ability to analyze data with a high level of accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning and Reporting Systems
