Description
The ACTT Psychiatrist supervises and coordinates all of the medical/clinical aspects of services provided to consumers enrolled in the Assertive Community Treatment Team Program. The ACTT Psychiatrist will: provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services; perform liaison functions with referring agents; provide medical oversight of nursing and pharmacological services; work with the ACTT Team Leader to monitor consumer status and response to treatment; assist the ACT Team Leader in provision of clinical supervision and regular case consultation to ACTT team members. This position works in an office setting, however travels locally for clients in the community unable to come into the office.
