Join us as a Client Service Technician, where you will support our online store, organize and pack supplies for customers and assist with ordering for our lab locations. . You'll receive all the training you need to successfully take on your new role and grow your career at Pace.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and product related activities, including shipping and receiving, processing and administration
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices
• Pick and create unique kits of supplies for customers and meet shipping deadlines throughout the month

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in logistics or shipping and receiving is preferred
• Ability to perform work in anoffice and warehouse setting, remain standing for long periods, lift boxes, and wear personal protective equipment when necessary(e.g., lab coat, safety glasses and gloves; all PPE provided by Pace).
