Position Highlights:
- Outpatient environment - no inpatient work and freedom from on-call responsibilities
- $150 hour all inclusive rate - Independent Contractor

Position Requirements:
- Any state medical license
- Board Certification - Family Medicine
- Family Medicine Residency
- DEA and Controlled Substance License
- Current BLS & ACLS life support certifications
