Minimum Experience/Education | Current enrollment or completion of a two year pharmacy technician training program. Prefer experience working in a veterinary pharmacy in a veterinary teaching hospital. |
Department Required Skills | Competency in inpatient cartfill, outpatient prescription filling, sterile and non-sterile compounding. Omnicell maintenance, and pharamcy drug pre0packing. Ability to complete veterinary prescription orders. Good customer service Good computer skills |
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education | Prefer previous working experience in a veterinary pharmacy. |
Required License or Certification | Current enrollment in or successful completion of a two year pharmacy technology associate program with eligibility for CphT certification. |
