Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in its North or South Carolina offices. This position will support attorneys and staff throughout our U.S. offices. This position is not eligible for full-time remote work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and submit invoices and expense reimbursements through ChromeRiver
Schedule and update calendars
Initiate file opening process for conflicts checks
Record time entry
Arrange travel accommodations
Assist with the preparation and word processing of documents
File documents in document management system
Upload electronic documents
Prepare outgoing US Mail, FedEx, UPS envelopes/packages
Perform special projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate or Bachelor degree is preferred
Must be organized, prompt, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and with juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
Must commit to the confidentiality of client- and firm-related information
Must have working knowledge of various types of technology such as databases, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
