Job Description

Staffmark is seeking an entry-level Document Preparation Associate to join our team in Charlotte, NC. Partnering with a leading records management solutions company, we take pride in safeguarding and delivering essential information for our valued customers. Don't miss out, apply today!

Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $15.00/hr.

Essential Functions:
  • Remove staples, paperclips, and binders, repairing tears if needed.
  • Unfold large documents and remove perforated edges.
  • Organize documents and/or boxes according to required formats.
  • Place patch sheets between files and track time spent on each project.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stable job history and previous scanning or document preparation experience.
