Our Sourcing Team provides support for regional and corporate projects. We are in contact with local, regional and procurement teams to collaborate and innovate.

Partner with the best

As a Commodity Manager, you're to negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. You're to achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. You're also to develops operational plan for own department and provide operational contributions to plan of the larger unit.

As a Commodity Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels.
  • Leading a team of professional Digital Technology Commodity Leaders to develop a clear vision
  • Leading negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers
  • Negotiating terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement.
  • Understanding competitive analysis and develop initiatives and strategy to execute on key business needs delivering cost out opportunities.
  • Sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc., this may also include purchasing activities.
  • Making decisions which have direct impact on the business results of the higher organizational.
  • Delivering very complex specialized professional work by single-layered or specialized professional work delivered by multi-layered regional or global teams.
  • Handling complex professional work in the department. Cases are unique and sometimes without precedent. Employees are expected to develop new approaches. Expertise development is important.
  • Identifying strategic issues and develop supporting plans / tactics with strong analytics
  • Embracing and lead Company's cultural shift to empower and inspire teams, role modeling in working horizontally, leading by influence

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Commodity Management.
  • Team leader / Manager experience
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
