Summary

The Integration Analyst role defines and leads the deliverables in SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite , ABAP, Fiori and integration development on SAP landscape and the satellite systems around it such as Vertex, Billtrust, Salesforce and OEM integrations. This role supports new and existing business requirements, conducting assessments and providing sustainable technical solutions. This role supports all the typical activities in projects or day to day support such as gathering the business requirements, analyzing business processes, technical specification, configuration, prototyping, testing, training and maintenance. A successful candidate must be able to analyze, setup, configure, develop and document integration processes from end to end in SAP IT landscape.

Essential Functions

  • Be an authority in SAP integration area of specialization and analyze customer requirements, setup/configure and tailor the use of the system to meet those objectives.
  • Be responsible for ABAP and Fiori development in SAP landscape.
  • Develop plans and timelines to successfully deploy solutions and assist with data conversion.
  • Work with business stakeholders to secure strong engagement for the solution and ensure that the delivery ofthe project aligns to longer-term strategic roadmaps
  • Work closely with all the stakeholders to ensure solution makes best use of technology and meets requirements
  • Simplify the existing system and business processes, delivering reusable services and cost saving opportunities in line with the policies and standards of the group
  • Full support of the users within all the sites of Weisiger Group. Identify and understand end users' technical SAP requirements, provide necessary training and documentation, work to build and maintain strong end user relationships and provide on-going support.
  • Motivated to formulate process improvements resulting from support issues, with the aim of minimizing recurring support.
  • Serves as the primary on-call support person for trouble shooting and correcting system issues in SAP integrations.
  • Ensure that all solutions are complete, operable, conform to business processes, and meet the business needs with the agreed quality of service

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP integrations development around SAP ECC and SAP S/4 environment. Expertise in developing integration on SAP platform/middleware such as SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite (SAP IS)
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP Development; 2+ years of experience in S/4 HANA technical platform - Fiori Development, oData Services, CDS development.
  • Experienced with at least two implementation or upgrade project in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes and in Development/ Configuration/solutions/integrations evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
  • Strong Programming background in SAP landscape with understanding of the native integration between SAP ECC and or S/4HANA and other cloud solutions from SAP or non SAP such as SAP ARIBA, Opentext, Vertex, SalesForce etc.
  • Expertise in Analysis, Design and Development of business applications using SAP Development Workbench Tools, Module Pool Programming, Reports, Web Dynpro (ABAP), Function Library, Smartforms, SAPScripts, User Exits and BADI.
  • Expertise in data transfer/conversion to transfer data from Legacy Systems to SAP System using Direct Input, Batch Input technique (BDC) and Business Application Program Interfaces (BAPI), Using Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW)
  • Hands on experience in HANA Database, HANA Studio and HANA Modeling with skills developing oData service for the Fiori tiles and CDS views development and Exposure to BRF+ and ADOBE forms
  • Strong SAP ALE/EDI (IDOC expertise), API integrations, Web Services, Output determination and Interfaces with working experience on a middleware such as SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound/inbound ABAP interfaces using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs to/from Middleware and flat files.
  • Expertise in SAP database tables, ABAP debugging, User Exits/Enhancement Points, LSMW, SAP Query, OSS notes etc.
  • Exposed to B2B and B2C business processes.
  • Exposed to Integration points within SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO for better understanding of business scenarios.
  • Proficient in documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes, Fit Gap analysis, Supported rollout and implementation of new business applications and functionalities within the scope.
  • Responsible for the investigation and resolution of problems on a day-to-day basis. Document potential/recurring issues conduct root cause analysis to eliminate redundancies.
  • Exposure to handling day-today support issues, queue monitoring and assignment of tickets etc. Should have worked on Multiple Systems in SAP Landscape
  • Solid Analytical, Communication, Planning, Co-ordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
