All about the role:

In this role you will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager for Electrolux Group. You will be based in Charlotte, NC and this role is hybrid.As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC), you will strive to create the best possible recruitment experience for candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business partners, etc. by assisting the team with dispatching requisitions, handling candidate travel, and pre-employment screenings.

In addition, you will develop your project and organizational skills by partnering with the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and document processes and provide oversight for several key business processes. The successful candidate will be organized, creative, and detail oriented with the ability to positively influence the growth of Electrolux North America!

What you'll do:

  • Provide through leadership, foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and provide best in class experience to our candidates, hiring managers and talent acquisition team
  • Coordinate travel and candidates' accommodations with the Electrolux Travel Center
  • Conducts pre-employment screenings for all prospective employees
  • Initiate relocation for external candidates along with internal transfers
  • Collect completed documentation from candidates
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience
  • Operate with the highest ethical standards and handle confidential information while demonstrating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and sound judgment

Qualifications required:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ year of experience coordinating multiple projects and provide excellent customer service. preferred experience in Human Resources
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Notes, Internet and other related software
  • Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills
