About the Job:
The position of Manager, Innovation will have primary responsibility in supporting innovation initiatives within the company. They will be responsible for driving multiple deliverables, managing a technical team, and fostering a culture of innovation.
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead and support innovation projects from conception to implementation.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement across various departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative solutions.
- Manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to logistics and supply chain management.
- Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the organization.
- All other duties and projects as assigned.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Technology).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management and innovation leadership.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of logistics and supply chain management preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Adaptability to adjust work hours as needed to support business users across various time zones.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development processes.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Location: This is an in-office role in Charlotte, NC
Travel: Up to 25% of travel will be required.
