About the Job:

The position of Manager, Innovation will have primary responsibility in supporting innovation initiatives within the company. They will be responsible for driving multiple deliverables, managing a technical team, and fostering a culture of innovation.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Lead and support innovation projects from conception to implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement across various departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative solutions.
  • Manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to logistics and supply chain management.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the organization.
  • All other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Technology).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management and innovation leadership.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of logistics and supply chain management preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability to adjust work hours as needed to support business users across various time zones.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software development processes.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Location: This is an in-office role in Charlotte, NC

Travel: Up to 25% of travel will be required.
