JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for Power On system tables specifically consolidation of tables and data accuracy with the support of Marketing.
* Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure that various data needs and processes are supported such as Agency inventory reconciliation and the Agency process.
* Collaborate with Marketing to ensure that various data needs and processes are supported, such as hierarchies.
* Work with company's third party partner to ensure they have updated reportable materials, support data issue resolution, and support the Agency process.
* Support data collection and cleansing of customer master data in D365 and other systems.
* Identify, investigate, and communicate technical system issues that arise and coordinate with IT to resolve them

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s Degree with at least 5 years experience in ERP data governance, data management or supply chain data.
* End user reporting experience
* Power BI / Power On knowledge
* Microsoft Dynamics (D365) knowledge
* Has a strategic mindset to driving solutions and is highly focused on delivering results
* Ability to manage ambiguity even when the problem is unclear and outside of the teams immediate responsibilities
* Ability to make the link between complex data and impact to business process
* Ability to transfer knowledge across diverse stakeholder groups
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience with interpersonal skills and professional maturity
* SQL knowledge is a plus
