So how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We are searching for someone who can help us make a little magic for our customers and their clients every day. We want someone who will help us manage the order processing and delivery of our software products and services. This role will have the responsibility of maintaining SLAs, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and accuratelyThis includes:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end order processing and delivery of software products and services, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize order management processes, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience and increase operational efficiency.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on order management processes and best practices, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

  • Analyze order data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

  • Manage escalated customer issues related to order processing and delivery, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive process improvements.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in order management software and tools specifically including; Salesforce CPQ, SAP Hybris and/or NetSuite with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

  • Previous ShareFile experience Preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
