Essential Job Duties | NC State University is seeking an energetic, innovative, student-centered leader for the position of Wellness and Recreation Assistant Director, Sports Programs. We seek an individual with proven leadership experience capable of working in a fast-paced, results-oriented team. The candidate will empower students and professional staff to cultivate world-class recreation programs, services, and facilities that promote and enhance student success inside and outside of the classroom. The Assistant Director, Sports Programs is responsible for the leadership and management of Wellness and Recreation Intramural Sports, Club Sports and sport event reservations and camps. This candidate will ensure the sports programs connect to the development and well-being of participants while mitigating risk through adhering to industry-established standards.
