Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on federal, international and state tax aspects related to the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provision calculations including Section 163(j), uncertain tax positions, deferred revenue, etc. and reviewing U.S. legal entity tax provision calculations.
  • Assist in the analysis and preparation of tax accounts. Calculate and/or review estimated payments and extension filings for both federal and state jurisdictions.
  • Assist in the maintenance and adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley Controls.
  • Monitor for changes in tax laws and/or financial reporting guidance and calculate and report the tax impact of such changes.
  • Support and develop process optimization for the consolidated global income tax provision process as well as other income tax functions.
  • Assist with the data gathering and review of the U.S. Income Tax Return Form 1120, including all related elections and disclosures ensuring accurate tax filings. Coordinate with outside firm for preparation of U.S./state income tax returns.
  • Assist in responding to IRS/State audit information requests and routine tax notices.
  • Work alongside other members of the finance organization and broader business to provide advice on income tax related issues and questions as well as to obtain information to accurately reflect income tax results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field.
  • Master's in Accounting/Tax and CPA preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant tax experience including international and/or domestic income tax planning, compliance, and provision (ASC 740)/SEC. reporting preferably in Big 4 public accounting or publicly held multinational company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ONESOURCE tax software and Alteryx is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
