Essential Job Duties | The primary purpose of this position is to support the lifecycle of a HR project portfolio, leading project-level reviews, optimizing standards, identifying areas for improvement, reporting analyses, and training staff members. The HR Project portfolio manager should be comfortable not only interacting with high-level business leaders about individual initiatives, but also helping us define KPIs and create a roadmap for institutional HR operations. The incumbent in this position will report to the Director for HR Information Management and Analytics. Primary responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to, the following:
