Senior Graphic Designer:

Kontoor Brands is currently seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to support our graphic programs for our in-house brands, Wrangler and Lee. This position will service male and female graphic programs and will work on product ranging from high end specialty to clubs and value channel. This role will support cross-functional work streams and will interact with key strategic partners to drive innovative and trend-right graphics that meet the needs of project briefs and line plans.

The Senior Graphic Designer will create trend-right graphics that reflect the DNA of our brands and meet the needs of our consumer in a compelling manner. This position requires the ability to translate concept to product and bring market expertise and an eye for fashion to our printables programs. This comes from understanding trend, consumer segments and commerciality as it relates to printables.

In this role, you will work with design, merchandising and sales partners to support our operations here in Greensboro, NC and our global teams. This role will be on site at our corporate headquarters located in Greensboro, NC.

Responsibilities:

*Design graphic content from concept to completion to support all areas of our business.

*Participate in concept presentation, assortment building, presentations and sell-in materials

*Responsible for setting up camera ready art for production

*Build line sheets, concept pages and other materials to support the business

*Assist in researching trend direction, current market trends, and embellishment techniques.

*Responsible for managing projects and initiatives, mentoring younger designers.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent industry experience

*proficient in Mac platforms, Adobe Creative Suite software

*Must have 4-5+ years of apparel related graphic design experience

*Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator

*Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop

*MS Powerpoint a bonus

*Must have strong design aesthetic, color and conceptual sense

*Must understand commercial market trends as it relates to graphics and apparel.

*Must be able to function within a team as a collaborative key player

*Must be able to produce high quality graphics efficiently

*Must be able to manage multiple projects

* Must be reliable, dependable, able to operate within a corporate setting during normal business hours
