Job Description
Join an ABA company founded by a BCBA and regionally and nationally managed by BCBAs!
Be part of our team where our mission is to empower children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families to reach their full potential through individualized ABA therapy.
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced BCBA to work in a single BCBA center in Charlotte. This BCBA will collaborate with the local pediatrics group working in the adjacent medical center. Additionally, this BCBA will provide family tours of our center, meet with the local referring doctor as well as Speech, OT, etc. for shared clients. * $100,000+ / year, total compensation potential that includes a base salary and monthly bonuses
* Signing bonus & relocation package available
* Uncapped monthly bonus plan
* Weekday work, no evenings, no weekends requirements
* Manageable caseloads, averaging ten clients per BA
* 25 paid days off in year 1; 30 in year 2 of working with us

* The ability to be transparent, accessible, and as innovative as you can working as a Behavior Analyst
* Master's degree and BCBA certification
* 2 or more years experience working as a BCBA
