"SEE is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Contract Recruiter to bolster our Talent Acquisition team!
In this position, you'll be instrumental in our North America Supply Chain division, focusing on full-time, salaried positions critical to our manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Group Leaders, Process Engineers, Process Improvement Specialists, Quality Leaders, and other key positions supporting our operational sites. While your primary focus will be on Supply Chain roles, you may also be called upon to assist in hiring for other business units as needed.

* Has 3+ years of recruiting experience, primarily within the Supply Chain functions, recruiting for salaried positions.
* Has a mix of agency and corporate recruitment
* Is passionate about people. Looks to understand the qualities of candidates beyond paper and advocates for talent through consultative partnership.
* Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, recommending candidates, consulting hiring manager on best practices, offer negotiation and pre-employment coordination.
* Has familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR tools; SuccessFactors is a plus.
* Is a fun, energetic team player! Brings their full self to work every day with an excitement to engage and make meaningful connections with candidates and internal partners.
