Overview

Job Summary

This position supports primary care services across Atrium Health. This role plans and strategically designs measurable, data-driven, region-wide marketing and communications plans, initiatives and programs that drive growth for various products and services among target audiences. Develop, operationalize, execute, support and evaluate from conception through maturation strategic marketing, product, brand, communication, digital footprint, or outreach plan for enterprise promotion. Develop and manage site, program, project, or campaign ensuring enterprise and departmental strategic goals and objectives are met. Conduct online, field, or direct observation research to recommend and determine effectiveness as well as the consumer satisfaction of promotion and/or marketing strategy.



Essential Functions

  • Develops strategies for service line initiatives, tied to business goals, with minimal oversight and changes.
  • Understands enterprise strategic plan and aligns projects, programs, campaigns and other work accordingly.
  • Organizes and writes project deliverables with accuracy and clarity; presents complex concepts and analytical results.
  • Helps to foster a culture of teamwork, learning, innovation and accountability.
  • Exhibits strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interfaces with departments across with the organization, as needed and as appropriate on issues and matters related to the goals and priorities of the organization.
  • Serves as a representative for the marketing and communications team, coordinating and executing enterprise-wide initiatives and providing excellent customer service and positivity in all interactions.
  • Draft and manage strategic plan for site, product, or service promotion.
  • Manages or operationalize product, service or program campaign.
  • Conduct and evaluate insight research to ensure effectiveness of campaign and end-to-end consumer experience.
  • Support a governance model for creation, distribution, management, and approval of content in printed or electronic formats and/or mediums.

Requires walking, standing, bending or moving around campus and/or other facilities. Requires the ability to drive and operate a personal vehicle. Requires reading, comprehending, editing or designing materials. Requires clear and effective communication. Requires the experience and ability to operate audiovisual equipment. Requires the occasional lifting of documents or supplies.



Education, Experience and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or Computer Science. Master's preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise marketing or sales campaigns preferably in a large integrated multi-site/state organization. Technical experience may include: use of Sitecore, structured data elements, knowledge of HTML 4/5 & CSS 3 (able to write/edit/troubleshoot code using a text editor), basic knowledge of responsive/mobile layout techniques (able to use Bootstrap to create a page layout), or basic knowledge of web page performance testing and optimization. Generally, requires the ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
