Specific duties will include:

• Assure that Impact Fulfillment Services, Inc. will consistently deliver products which meet and/or exceed the customer's expectations
• Design and develop corrugated packaging/displays for current and prospective customers
• Recommend methods of improving new and existing packaging to customers
• Evaluates and implements cost savings opportunities
• Coordinates and interacts with vendor personnel and suppliers
• Organize, plan, and track projects to meet deadlines
• Awareness of industry trends and developments in packaging and structural design
• Some travel is required, to visit other sites and vendors
• Additional duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Science, or equivalent work experience required
• Experience in packaging and POP required
• Work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
• Ability to interpret and work with/on CAD drawings, renderings, samples, etc
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to think and identify opportunities and solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ArtiosCAD, TOPS, Adobe Creative Cloud
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and effective time management
• Graphic design knowledge a plus
