Job Description

Assist in the execution of internal control discipline and operational excellence within Enterprise Complaints. Execute specific processes and tools to drive adherence to complaint program requirements. Support the implementation of controls within the LOB/CF through ongoing monitoring of controls. Identify issues and/or control improvements for remediation, whilst assisting in building out actions plans and milestones. Develop and enhance oversight reporting. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 8+ years of risk management and LOB/ECF experience.

Required Skills

- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate well across many stakeholders and experience with senior leader communications.

- Data driven analytical approach to drive business solutions across the enterprise.

- Strong risk management background and able to challenge FLUs on process execution expectations.

- Experience in managing multiple and often competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience in drafting communications and presentation materials intended for senior audiences and regulators.

Desired Skills

- Experience with complaint program elements, including complaint capture, resolution and/or thematic analysis processes.
